Susan holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the US, with over a decade of experience across healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Her professional journey spans across dimensions of care delivery, patient systems, and pharmaceuticals.
Having worked closely as a Patient Care Coordinator in eldercare services, she gained firsthand insight into caregiving operations, patient-family expectations, and the deep emotional stressors families experience alongside medical issues.
Driven by these deep observations, Susan shaped her vision to build a caregiving model that integrates professional excellence with emotional intelligence—ensuring families never have to navigate vulnerability alone.
